Use STAR: situation, task, action, result. Focus on what you did. - How do you handle pressure or deadlines?
Give a concrete example, such as exams alongside an internship, and how you planned your time. - Do you have any questions for us?
Always ask one: about training, the team you'd join, or what success looks like in the first six months.
