Capgemini Interview Questions 2026: Technical & HR with Sample Answers
If you have reached the Capgemini interview, you have already cleared the online assessment. The interview checks two things: can you explain what you know, and will you fit a client-facing team. Here is how to show both.
What to expect
Fresher drives usually move from online assessments (which in many drives include aptitude, game-based and communication sections) to a technical interview and an HR interview. Experienced candidates typically have a technical discussion on their current work, then HR.
Selection steps and test sections change between hiring drives. Always confirm the current pattern on the company's official careers page or your drive invitation before you prepare.

- What is the difference between method overloading and overriding?
- What are ACID properties in databases?
- What is the difference between GET and POST?
- Write a program to swap two numbers without a third variable / find duplicates in an array.

A strong answer to 'Tell me about yourself'
Present → past → future: what you're doing now (degree or role), one or two things you've done that prove your skills (a project and a result), and why this role is the logical next step. Aim for about 60–90 seconds.
Final-day checklist
- Re-read your resume line by line. Can you defend every word?
- Test your camera, mic and internet if the interview is online.
- Prepare one question about the team or training.
- Do one timed mock interview to warm up.
