Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. What you bought

Upplio's paid plans (Interview Sprint ₹299 / 7 days and Premium ₹599 / 30 days) are one-time, short duration digital services. There is no auto-renewal — your paid access ends automatically at the end of the period.

2. Cancellation

Because paid plans don't auto-renew, there is nothing to cancel. You can stop using the Service at any time. Free-plan accounts can be deleted from Settings.

3. Refund eligibility

Digital services are delivered immediately on payment and consumed via AI processing. As a result, paid plans are generally non-refundable. We will, however, provide a full refund where:

  • you were charged in error or charged twice for the same plan;
  • a verified technical failure on our side prevented you from accessing the Service for more than 24 consecutive hours during a paid period; or
  • a refund is required under applicable consumer-protection law.

Refunds for "change of mind" after the Service has been used are at our discretion and may be granted partially based on remaining unused days.

4. How to request a refund

Email billing@upplio.ai within 7 days of the charge with your registered email, order ID and reason. We will acknowledge within 48 hours and decide within 7 working days. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7–10 working days; bank or card-network timelines may add to this.

5. Chargebacks

Please contact us before raising a chargeback so we can resolve the issue directly. Fraudulent chargebacks may result in account suspension.

6. Taxes and invoices

Prices include applicable Indian taxes unless stated otherwise. GST invoices are available on request from billing@upplio.ai.
