What you can write to us about

  • complaints about the Service, a payment or a refund;
  • reports of content that infringes your intellectual property, privacy or other legal rights;
  • requests to access, correct, port, restrict or delete your personal data (Data Principal rights under the DPDP Act 2023);
  • concerns about AI output that is inaccurate, harmful or that you wish to have re-generated or removed;
  • security incident reports or responsible-disclosure submissions (please also see our Security page).

What to include

  1. Your registered email and a way to contact you;
  2. A clear description of the issue and the URL or screenshot, if applicable;
  3. For IP/takedown notices: a statement that you are the rights holder (or authorised agent), the specific work allegedly infringed, and the location of the infringing material;
  4. For data-rights requests: the right you are exercising and verification that you are the data principal.

Response timelines

  • Acknowledgement: within 24 hours of receipt.
  • Resolution of grievances: within 15 days (Rule 3(2), IT Rules 2021).
  • Consumer complaints: within 1 month (E-Commerce Rules, 2020).
  • Data Principal requests under DPDP Act: within 30 days.

If you are not satisfied

You may escalate to the Data Protection Board of India once notified, or to the National Consumer Helpline (1915) / Consumer Forum, or use the National Cybercrime Reporting Portal at cybercrime.gov.in for cyber-security issues.
