Upplio AI was founded by Neetu Yadav, who kept hearing the same frustration from job seekers: qualified candidates were applying to hundreds of roles and hearing nothing back — not because they lacked the skills, but because their resumes weren't speaking a language applicant tracking systems could understand. That gap between capability and callback became the starting point for Upplio AI.
Rather than build another generic resume tool, Neetu set out to create an AI career copilot that meets job seekers where the process actually breaks down: tailoring resumes for each role, closing keyword gaps, improving ATS compatibility, and preparing candidates for the interviews that follow. Her approach has been shaped by direct conversations with the people using the product — job seekers, career switchers, and first-time applicants — treating their feedback as the roadmap rather than an afterthought.
