Intellectual Property Policy

1. Company IP

Upplio AI owns or licenses all intellectual-property rights in and to the Service, including:

• Source code, object code, binaries and build artifacts of the Service and its infrastructure.
• AI prompts, prompt-templates, chain-of-thought scaffolding, retrieval configurations and system messages.
• Product documentation, help content, blog articles, tutorials and marketing collateral.
• Website design, layouts, wireframes, UI components and visual style.
• Trademarks, service marks, logos and trade dress, including "Upplio", "Upplio AI" and "Upla".
• Databases, aggregated statistics, benchmarks and derived datasets.
• Content generated or curated by the Company, other than User Content.

2. User Content

You retain ownership of User Content and grant Upplio AI only the licence described in the Terms of Service.

3. Third-Party IP

The Service may include third-party software (including open-source components) subject to their respective licences. A list is available on request.

4. Trademark Use

You may not use Upplio AI's trademarks or trade dress without prior written consent, except for factual, nominative references. All goodwill from permitted use inures to the Company.

5. Enforcement

Upplio AI reserves the right to enforce its intellectual-property rights to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Amendments

Upplio AI may amend this document from time to time. Material changes will be notified by email or in-app notice at least fourteen (14) days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the amended terms.
