Our commitment to WCAG 2.1 AA and continuous improvement.

1. Commitment

Upplio AI is committed to making the Service accessible to users with disabilities and continuously improves accessibility over time.

2. Standards

We aim to conform substantially with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA. Key principles: Perceivable, Operable, Understandable and Robust.

3. Current Measures

  • Semantic HTML and ARIA landmarks.
  • Keyboard navigability for primary flows.
  • Sufficient colour contrast and scalable typography.
  • Alt text for meaningful images.

4. Known Limitations

Some third-party components and legacy content may not yet fully conform. We are actively addressing these.

5. Feedback

If you encounter an accessibility barrier, email customerservice@upplioai.com with a description and the URL. We respond within five (5) working days and endeavour to remediate promptly.

Amendments

Upplio AI may amend this document from time to time. Material changes will be notified by email or in-app notice at least fourteen (14) days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the amended terms.
