Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") supplements the Terms of Service. Violation may result in suspension or termination of your account and, where appropriate, referral to law-enforcement authorities.

1. Prohibited Content

• Illegal content, or content that violates Indian law, including the Information Technology Act, 2000.
• Hate speech, harassment, threats, discrimination or incitement of violence.
• Sexually explicit material, child sexual-abuse material, or content that sexualises minors.
• Content that infringes intellectual-property or privacy rights.
• Malware, viruses, worms or other harmful code.
• Spam, phishing, unsolicited commercial content or credential harvesting.

2. Prohibited Conduct

• Prompt-injection, jailbreak or model-extraction attacks against the Service or its AI providers.
• Reverse-engineering, decompilation, disassembly or attempts to derive source code, except as permitted by law.
• Scraping, mirroring or automated abuse; use of bots or crawlers beyond published rate limits.
• Creating fake accounts, fake identities or fake resumes; impersonating another person; misrepresenting qualifications.
• Credential theft, credential stuffing or attempts to access other users' accounts.
• Interference with security features, rate limits or authentication.
• Mass extraction of AI Output for resale or competing services.

3. Enforcement

We may investigate suspected violations, remove content, suspend or terminate accounts, and preserve records for law-enforcement cooperation. We will notify affected users where reasonably possible and not prohibited by law.

4. Reporting

Report suspected violations to customerservice@upplioai.com.

Amendments

Upplio AI may amend this document from time to time. Material changes will be notified by email or in-app notice at least fourteen (14) days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the amended terms.
