If you can't measure it, estimate it. Then defend the estimate.

Recruiters trust numbers more than adjectives, even rough ones.

  • Use percentages ("reduced churn by 12%")
  • Use scale ("served 40K monthly users")
  • Use time ("shipped in 6 weeks vs. 3-month plan")
  • Use money ("cut infra spend by ~$80K/yr")
