Keep Bullets to One Line — Two Max

If a bullet wraps to a third line, it's two bullets pretending to be one.

Long bullets get skimmed and skipped. Short, punchy bullets get read.

Do this today

  • Target 14–22 words per bullet
  • If it's longer, split it or cut it
  • Each bullet should make one clean point
  • Trim filler: "in order to," "the," "that"

Read each bullet aloud in one breath. If you run out of breath, it's too long.
