  1. Recruiter round: "What does the hiring committee weigh most in this loop?"
  2. Hiring manager: "What does success in this role look like at 30, 60, and 90 days?"
  3. Peer round: "What's the team's biggest unsolved problem right now?"
  4. Skip-level: "How do you decide what makes the roadmap?"
  5. Closing: "Is there anything in my background you'd like me to clarify?"
